At Partner In Your Care, we offer a range of group accommodation options including apartments, villas, and houses.

Each home offers a safe, secure, and welcoming environment. Our accommodation is suitable for those with low, standard, and complex support needs.

Whether you need 24/7 support, or just for a few hours each day, we will work with you to design a support program that suits you.

Our supported living services can support you with:

  • Cooking
  • Cleaning
  • Personal care
  • Shopping
  • Money management
  • Accessing other services
  • Improving/Learning life skills
  • Accessing Government services such as Centrelink

We will also support you to develop your own living skills so you can enjoy greater independence as time goes on.

Supported accommodation often suits those who are unable to live on their own or with their family. It can provide stability, security, the chance to be part of the community, and a place to call home.

Supported Accommodation Services can help you:

  • Learn and develop everyday skills

  • Live Independently with others in a group setting
  • Getting ready for the day, eating healthily, and keeping well
  • Support with Community access (with specialised transport) such as shopping and medical appointments

Many peoples have multiple goals, some goals can take a day or two to achieve, other goals take months even years. we help you break goal down in to measurable, achievable chunks. And then, we support you to take steps as needed.

My fortnightly respite house, helps my mum to have a break and I get to meet my friends at respite house where we go out for different social outings. It also helps my mum to have a break as she is turning 75 year. Support staff encourage me and direct me to do my daily task during respite which help me to build skills.
